If not You, Who?

We spend so much of our lives with that soft but incessant voice in our heads telling us that we will fail. Or how about this one? You’re not good enough for that. It’s a constant battle that we often mistake as our own intuition.

Well, 2025 is your year to change that. One step at a time. You might feel incapable or that this is impossible, and I’m here to tell you that it’s not.

Years ago, I felt this to my core. SO much so that I lived a life riddled with fear that I wasn’t fast enough, I wasn’t doing enough, I was doing too much, I was going to fail at everything, I’d already failed, I’m an imposter, they’re gonna figure me out, things will Never change, and this is just my sad existence. Inevitably my fears would bully me into believing every word, until one day it all changed.

You have things you are meant to do. Things you’re meant to say. Relationships that you’re meant to have. Businesses that you’re meant to build. Yet, the battle has become an all out war within you and sometimes it feels easier to give up, than it does to fight. However, you’ve got something to accomplish. And if not you, who? If not now, when?

What if you could calm these voices? Take away the noise and lead with passion instead of fear. There will always be a slight bit of nerves and fear when stepping into what’s big enough for you, but it doesn’t have to be debilitating. We should all be able to see the difference between what I call, Radical nerves, and trauma paralysis. Radical Nerves are the kind you get when you' know you’re challenging yourself to create and expand. Trauma paralysis makes you want to give up before anything really ever starts.

I stepped away from social media for the last six months, relishing in a time where I didn’t feel obligated to post. These moments opened a portal of realization—there are things I’ve been wanting to tell you for a long time, but the BUSY life I lead has kept me from it. Working with clients, writing books, building a business, takes a lot of time, but I’m feeling called—Radical nerves really—to share what I’ve learned that has Minimized the Noise, and Maximized my life in so many ways.

I know you’re meant for big things. If you’re reading this and you feel that warmth within your chest, this is for you. You know who you are. Something drew you here. You’ve spent too long with these voices, and you’re sick of them. You want to be able to head straight into that fear and break some barriers.

Feel free to follow along as I take you through a transformation. After Christmas, I’ll be dedicating time and energy to helping people go after what it is they want. Reach out to me, if this is you.

You have things to do.

If not now, when? And if not you, who?

Love,

Tessa
